Elena is a printmaker, based in Toronto, divides her time between her homes in Canada and Berlin, Germany. She is a member of Open Studio, a charitable, non-profit, artist-run centre in Toronto.

"I strive to craft intricately detailed images for contemplative viewing.
Much of my work is influenced by my global travels and reverence for nature.
My prints celebrate the beauty of form and texture while delving into the dynamic interplay between nature and pattern imagery. 
In addition to traditional relief printing, I frequently incorporate subtle sub-layers  using a blind embossing technique in my prints".
