Delivery and Returns
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
All my prints are sold unframed, backed on acid free mount board and cellophane wrapped. Some prints due to its big format will be rolled and packed up to be shipped in a tube.
DELIVERY TIMES
I aim to ship orders within 3-5 days of receipt.
Please note that the current situation may cause some delays in deliveries by Canada Post.

to discuss alternative options of quicker delivery. I will do my best to help you.
RETURNS
I will replace any print, arrived in a damaged condition.
In the event that your print arrives damaged, please contact elenagor@yahoo.com to provide a photo of a damaged print in the original packaging and to discuss next steps.
TAXES
All custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
